Angelina Jolie strongly condemned the burning of the Alquran which is conducted by a pastor in Florida, United States (U.S.). She also criticized the US government and calling the action as disgraceful act.Jolie said her statement when she visited the flood victims in Afghanistan, Wednesday, 09/08/2010). Jolie was wearing black headscarf, said that that kind of act could endanger the US soldiers who were in Afghanistan and US citizens around the world.
"I've heard that someone would burn the holy Alquran," said Angelina Jolie.
Angelina Jolie was very sad when she heard there will be an action plan to burn the Alquran to commemorate 9/11 tragedy. She hopes this kind of action can be canceled.
Meanwhile, Reverend Terry Jones said he will not abandon his plans to burn Alquran on the 9 / 11 anniversary, although many people have condemned his plan. His plan reaped many critics from the Muslim countries, Nato and the commander of US forces in Afghanistan.
