"I'm very excited become the fashion police. But you do not have to think too much about what my comments later," Kelly Ousbourne said.
Kelly who is already had her own punk rock style clothing brand. But she thinks the most important thing in clothes is if you are comfortable wearing it.
"It is not too important what you wear, whether I will like it or not, but you should be comfortable with the clothes that you wear," Kelly Osbourne said.
