Madonna recently threatened by USD 5,000 fines because her employees making noisy party that disturbing the neighbors. This incident happened when Madonna was not in her home in London. She has jobs to be done outside the country at June 27, 2010.The neighbors heard loud and noisy music coming from Madonna house. This disturbing noise finally stopped, after the neighbors send an official statement through mail and then ask Madonna employees to end the party.
These incidents almost go too far. Madonna and her employees would get in trouble if the local board member brought the case to court. Madonna even threatened fines that could reach U.S. $ 5 thousand.
Councillor Ed Argar said, "We take noise pollution issue very seriously and treat every case equally and fairly, regardless of who owns the house. Regardless of time of day or night, a noisy party interfere the comfort and peace of those who around them. "
However, Westminister City Council spokesman confirmed that Madonna noisy party case does not end up in court. Everything is solving by compromise.
However, if Madonna employee did similar violations again in the future, the neighbors were ready to sue them.
