Lindsay lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley is working hard on it.Unfortunately Lindsay Lohan news that said Lohan will leave prison this week will be just a dream because Holley, Lindsay's attorney was not successful releasing her this week.
"There is no way that she could be released from custody before August. She can not be free this week," Steve Whitmore LA police said.
However, this does not mean that Lindsay would be in jail for 90 days. She still will be released at least not more than August 1.
