A group of US soldiers who served in Afghanistan had been to remake Lady Gaga Telephone video clip.Located in Farah province, Afghanistan, some soldiers are imitating Lady Gaga style, both how Lady Gaga dance and dress. They improve Lady Gaga costume with by using existing devices, and they dance more sensual than Lady Gaga, they also completed their performance with a yellow sash wrapped around their stomach.
The video was launched via Nine MSN on Monday (03/05/2010). These videos are made only for family consumption and friends of these soldiers. But somehow, the video began circulating on the internet, including on YouTube with and reached thousands visitors.
The video attract many people attention, especially the media. Even The Times referred to the video as 'the most popular video after Susan Boyle debut at Britain's Got Talent'.
The video maker is a 24 year old soldier named Aaron Melcher. 'Smoiking Gun' site, claimed that Melcher as part of the 82 US armed forces, Airborne Division.
"This is a pair of men action in Afghanistan, a re-made music that was inspired from Lady Gaga Telephone video. Prepare your self for a fantastic journey," Melcher said in the video posting.
