Los Angeles - Nearly nine months ago, the world lost Michael Jackson. He died because of someone kill him. So who did it?When Michael Jackson died on last June 25, 2009, the family and friends asked Dr. Conrad Murray Michael Jackson personal physician directly about Michael dead. Long time, the doctor had refused accused as the one who has to responsible for Michael dead.
But Los Angeles Police (LAPD) investigation results states differently. Michael died because of murder (Homicide) in unplanned categories. However, the resolution of this case is run so slowly. Until Murray lawyer feels so upset to wait when his client cases can be processed legally.
"The prosecutor is not talking about anything and we were tired of waiting. We will go to court today and arrange Murray submission," Miranda Sevcik, Murray defense team spokesman said.(Washington Post, Friday (5 / 2)).
The Los Angeles District Attorney's office had not issued any statement. In fact, they've held the documents case and have been studying for weeks. Murray team had been a long time getting ready, waiting for the call.
"We knew he would be prosecuted with involuntary manslaughter. We are ready to provide arguments and defense. Murray was innocent, that is our argument," Sevcik said. It is not yet known whether by surrender, Murray could be freed from his criminal trial that should be held."Who knew he had run away before the case is investigated thoroughly, like OJ Simpson did," said an LAPD officer who kept his name. Not to mention, he continued, there is likely Murray will get special treatment because he surrender.
Michael Jackson died in Los Angeles, when he was in Murray's treatment. He was a cardiologist who opens operating practices in Houston and Las Vegas.
The authorities had said they planned to sue Murray with manslaughter charge, because Murray gives Michael propofol anesthesia that should be use in operating room but it was used to help Michael to sleep, but unfortunately Michael fell asleep forever.
