Aspen – Christmas 2009 will be Black Christmas for Charlie Sheen. He was arrested with domestic violence charges on Friday (25/12) morning, in Aspen, Colorado.The local police arrested Charlie Sheen secretly. But media smell it, so Police Department through Pitkin, finally make press release about Charlie Sheen. He was arrested by using his original name "Carlos Irwin Estevez" with two charges of crime such as second-degree assault and accusations of criminal violations.
Currently, Charlie Sheen was detained without bail and he must remain in jail until his first trial. Unfortunately Charlie Sheen trial has not been Scheduled.
Charlie Sheen spokesman, Rosenfield gave a statement, so the media can be balanced."Do not be fooled by appearance. Appearances and the fact are different like day and night. Please do not make any assumption until everything is clear," Rosenfield said.
Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen's wife is not mentioned in Pitkin press release, but according to a ambulance report that has been called to the scene, mentioned "victim did not need transportation to hospital."
