Los Angeles - Director Roman Polanski seems will be free from the law because Samantha Geimer, intended to remove her claims against him.

Samantha Geimer, a victim of Roman Polanski lust when she was aged 13, admitted the media attention that she received since Roman Polanski was arrested last month, damage her health and work.

Samantha Geimer lawyer, Lawrence Silver, said his client requested that the California appeals court criminal case against Roman Polanski will be revoked. That's after more than 500 phone calls from reporters approached her, asking for her comments after Roman Polanski was arrested on 26 September. He was arrested in Switzerland, where he must attend to the festival where he will received all time appreciation award.

Roman Polanski had been found guilty in 1977. He admitted giving champagne and a Quaalude to Samantha. Then he took Samantha to Jack Nicholson's house for a photo session before force her to have sex with him.

Shortly after admission, Roman Polanski left the United States before he was arrested. Arrested orders against him appeared on 1978.

Samantha, now aged 45, married and a mother of three children. She shows her identity in public a few years ago after a civil lawsuit filed against Roman Polanski.
