In Indonesia a 32 year old mother with two babies, Prita Mulyasari has to go to jail because of her email. She wrote email about her bad experience in getting medical treatment at Omni International Hospital, Indonesia. She sends her email through mailing list and Boooom...in a minute many people read Prita Mulyasari email.Internet can spread the news so fast. Because of her action on internet Omni International Hospital, Indonesia feel that Prita Mulyasari make a bad and fake news about Omni International Hospital services and they take this problem into the court.
Unfortunately Prita Mulyasari lost her cases in court and she have to go to women jail. This silly problem should not be happen. The good news is all Indonesian blogger united and many Indonesian blogger write in their own blog demand that government must released Prita Mulyasari and after three weeks in jail, today Prita Mulyasari being released from jail and be city prisoner.This silly problem make the freedom to write our own opinion or complaining are not free again. We know that we need law to make our life in good order but law should be use with heart and common sense not like 5 years old child learn math 1+1=2.
But even Prita Mulyasari already free from jail, still she have to face another trial in court because of her email. Omni International Hospital won`t let go Prita Mulyasari 100% free. They still feel that Prita Mulyasari have to be responsible on her action. If Omni International Hospital win again it mean we as customer can not complain for bad services and write in on internet anymore because we are all might be end up in jail.
So free Prita Mulyasari and drop her cases now...protect the freedom on the net...freeedooooommmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
